Every Octolift plan has every feature. Plans differ in two numbers: how many products they cover, and how many questions you can keep in AI rankings. A product counts once, the first time you analyze it, and everything you do to it after that is included.
What does each plan include?

Why is a product counted only once?
The product count is how much of your catalog the plan looks after, not a monthly budget of work. It does not reset each month. Five products on the Free plan means five products you can score and fix from start to finish.

Undoing an improvement does not give the product back, and neither does deleting it from your store: the work was done.
How do questions work?
AI rankings has one number of its own: questions. Every question you ask is checked on the Shopify catalog, ChatGPT and Gemini and added to your list.
- Asking a question uses one. Asking one that is already in your list uses nothing.
- A removed question frees its place when your plan renews, not straight away.
- Checking a question again is included. On a paid plan each question can be checked again once a week, by you with Check or automatically with Check weekly. On the Free plan each question is checked once.
What happens when you run out, upgrade or downgrade?
- Running out of products. Products you have already analyzed stay yours to work on, with nothing further to pay. To take on a new one, move to a larger plan.
- Upgrading. A larger plan covers more products immediately, and everything you have analyzed stays covered.
- Downgrading. You keep every product you have already analyzed. If you have analyzed more than the smaller plan covers, you carry on with all of them and simply cannot add new ones until you move back up.
Each plan also includes a monthly amount of AI work and per minute limits, to keep costs predictable. Normal use never reaches them, and AI runs that fail never count against you.
How do billing, trials and cancelling work?
- Billing is handled by Shopify. Octolift never sees a card number.
- Trials. There is no time limit on the Free plan. If a paid plan you pick comes with a trial, the Plan page shows when it ends and when the first charge is taken.
- Changing plan. Change plan on the Plan page opens Shopify’s plan picker, and your numbers follow the new plan immediately.
- Cancelling. Pick the Free plan to stop paying and keep using the app, or uninstall it. Uninstalling reverts nothing you applied: that content is yours.
